About This Assessment
Scoring framework:Based on Chapters 4 and 5 and Annex A of GB/T 46939—2025, Classification and Determination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Body Constitutions. Each constitution is scored separately; more than one non-balanced type may meet its threshold.

These brief descriptions reflect constitution features outlined in Chapter 4 of the standard. They do not replace an in-person medical evaluation or constitute advice to use medicines or herbal formulas.
Scoring criteria:For the eight non-balanced constitutions, a transformed score of ≥40 is classified as “Yes”, 30 to under 40 as “Tendency”, and under 30 as “No”. Balanced constitution is “Yes” when its score is ≥60 and all other eight scores are under 30; it is “Mostly yes” when its score is ≥60 and all other eight are under 40; otherwise, it is “No”. The results reflect questionnaire scoring only. They do not establish a medical diagnosis, identify a TCM syndrome, or recommend herbal formulas. Seek professional medical advice for severe, persistent, or disruptive symptoms.
