Traditional Actions and Indications

Traditionally used for post-stroke manifestations such as hemiplegia, limb weakness, or numbness associated with Qi deficiency, blood stasis, and impaired channel flow. In modern applications, it is mainly used as adjunctive traditional Chinese medicine care during the recovery period after cerebral stroke, based on pattern differentiation.

Precautions

  • When sudden facial drooping, weakness on one side of the body, slurred speech, or other stroke symptoms occur, seek emergency medical care immediately; do not take this formula while waiting to observe the symptoms.
  • Patients with cerebral stroke must not independently discontinue standard treatments such as antiplatelet, anticoagulant, antihypertensive, or lipid-lowering therapy.
  • This formula contains multiple blood-invigorating herbs. People with bleeding disorders, those who have recently undergone surgery, or those currently receiving anticoagulant therapy should be evaluated by a physician.
  • Contraindicated during pregnancy or to be used strictly according to a doctor’s instructions.
