2. Processing Time

To ensure product quality and safe packaging, orders are usually processed and shipped within:

  • 3–7 business days during major promotional periods

If there is insufficient stock, a public holiday, or a force majeure event, we will notify you in a timely manner.

5. Order Tracking

After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Shipping carrier name

6. Customs Duties and Import Fees

Cross-border parcels may be subject to fees in the destination country, including:

These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and the calculation method varies by country.

If the customer refuses delivery and the parcel is returned, we may assist with follow-up handling. However:

7. Incorrect Recipient Information or Failed Delivery

and the parcel is returned or destroyed, the buyer shall bear the related costs.

In such cases, we will do our best to assist with tracking and follow-up inquiries, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.


9. Lost or Missing Package

If the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or the package appears to be lost, please contact us. We will:

  1. Check the situation with the shipping carrier
  2. Assist in locating the package
  3. Provide a replacement shipment or refund if the package is confirmed lost

The investigation and handling process usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on the carrier’s investigation timeline.


10. Partial Shipment

Large orders or orders containing multiple product types may be shipped in separate packages to speed up delivery.

You may receive your items in multiple shipments and receive separate tracking information for each package.
