- Nosebleeds may occur, and the gums may ooze or bleed, with recurrent bleeding.
- The extremities become cold and chilly, progressing to icy coldness, with the tips noticeably cold and difficult to warm.
- The pulse is extremely faint and barely palpable, almost imperceptible in its force.
- The tongue coating is yellow and dry, appearing parched and lacking moisture.
- The coating may also be gray-black, deep in color and looking dry and withered.
- Or there may be almost no coating, with the tongue surface bare and no visible coating layer.
