Clinical Description:
视力骤降，眼球后隐痛或眼球胀痛，眼底可见视盘充血肿胀，边界不清，视网膜静脉扩张、迂曲、颜色紫红，视盘周围水肿、渗出、出血，或眼底无异常；全身症见头胀耳鸣，胁痛口苦；舌质红，苔黄，脉弦数
