|Common Symptoms
Clinical Description:
眼外观端好，突然上方或下方视物不清、眼前黑影甚或失明，无眼球疼痛，眼底视盘呈灰白色水肿，边界模糊，视盘周围见出血或渗出，视网膜动脉细；兼有胸胁胀满，头晕头痛；舌质紫暗或有瘀点，苔薄白，脉弦或涩

- Sudden blurring in the upper or lower visual field, with dark shadows blocking vision; in severe cases, vision may be lost.
- The eyeball is not painful.
