Clinical Description:
颈前一侧或两侧圆形肿块，颈部憋闷疼痛，或无明显不适；舌质淡红，舌苔薄腻，脉弦滑

- There may be a sensation of tightness and pain in the neck, or no obvious discomfort.
- The tongue body is slightly pale red.
