发病急剧,头痛如劈,眼珠胀痛欲脱,连及目眶,视力骤降,甚至失明,抱轮红赤,白睛混赤水肿,黑睛雾状混浊,瞳神散大,瞳色淡绿,眼珠变硬;全身可伴恶心呕吐,恶寒发热,溲赤便结;舌质红,苔黄,脉弦数
