Bai Bian Dou, Lotus Seed, Ren Shen, Jie Geng, Fu Ling, Yi Yi Ren, Bai Zhu, Sha Ren, Gan Cao, Da Zao, Shan Yao
Directions
The adult daily dose is 8 grams, divided into three doses. Children aged 8–15 years should take two-thirds of the adult dose; children aged 5–7 years should take one-half of the adult dose; children aged 2–4 years should take one-third of the adult dose. Take with warm water before meals or between meals.
