Dosage and Administration
Take with cold or warm water before meals as follows:
Adults 15 years and older: 1 packet (1.875 g) per dose, 2 times daily;
7–14 years: 2/3 packet per dose, 2 times daily;
4–6 years: 1/2 packet per dose, 2 times daily;
2–3 years: 1/3 packet per dose, 2 times daily;
Under 2 years: Do not use;
For young children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian
Precautions
1. Contraindications: For short-term use only; do not take continuously
2. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you: are currently receiving medical treatment; are pregnant or possibly pregnant; are elderly; have experienced rash, redness, or itching caused by medicines; have edema (swelling); have been diagnosed with hypertension, heart disease, or kidney disease

4. If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional
