|Common Symptoms
Clinical Description:
本证主要见于寻常型银屑病的进行期。主症：①皮损鲜红；②新出皮疹不断增多或迅速扩大；③原有皮损肥厚浸润或浸渍。次症：①心烦易怒；②小便黄；③咽部充血、扁桃体肿大；④舌质红或绛；⑤脉弦滑或细数。证候确定：具有全部主症即可确定，可见次症
Plain-Language Explanation:
- Often seen in the progressive stage of psoriasis vulgaris.
- Skin lesions are bright red.
- New rashes keep appearing or quickly enlarge.
- Existing lesions may thicken, infiltrate inward, or show oozing and maceration.
- Often accompanied by irritability and a tendency to become easily angered.
- Urine tends to be yellowish.
- Throat appears congested and red, tonsils may be swollen.
- Tongue is red or deep red, turning crimson.
- Pulse feels tight and slippery, or thin and somewhat rapid.
- This pattern can be identified when all three main symptoms are present; the other associated symptoms may also be observed.

以凉血解毒为主。可兼有清热、除湿、祛风、活血等治法

以养血润燥，祛风止痒为主。可兼有清热、凉血、活血等治法

Plain-Language Explanation:
- Often seen in the stationary stage of psoriasis vulgaris.
- Skin lesions appear dark red.
- Lesions are thickened, dry, and persist for a long time.
- Menstrual flow may be dark or contain blood clots.
- Tongue is purplish-dark, with possible purple stasis spots or ecchymosis.
- Pulse is hesitant and rough, or thin and relatively slow.
- Having the two main symptoms above is sufficient for diagnosis; other manifestations may also appear simultaneously.

活血化瘀，行气通络

- May help promote blood circulation and resolve stasis, reducing bruising, pain, or menstrual irregularities.
