患肢麻木、疼痛,状如针刺,夜间尤甚,痛有定处,足部皮肤暗红或见紫斑,或间歇跛行;或患足肉芽生长缓慢,四周组织红肿已消;舌质紫暗或有瘀斑,苔薄白,脉细涩,趺阳脉弱或消失,局部皮温凉
