Clinical Description:
大便从阴道内流出，或阴道内经常出气，犹如矢气，或阴道内流出分泌物，伴口干，发热，小便黄赤；舌红，苔黄腻，脉弦数

- Stool may pass through the vagina, or there may be frequent passage of gas from the vagina resembling flatulence, or a discharge may come from the vagina.
- At the same time, there may be a sensation of dry mouth, feeling of heat, and deep-yellowish urine.
- The tongue body appears slightly redder than normal.
- The tongue coating is yellow, thick, and greasy.
- The pulse feels taut and somewhat rapid.
